The brief
Tail Wag Club is a UK pet shop for the colder months. They needed a store that made winter comfort easy to shop: warm things for the sofa, and sensible gear for getting out in the cold.
What I built
An online shop for coats, jumpers, beds, blankets, harnesses, leads, reflective walk gear and paw balm, for dogs and cats. Visitors can shop by pet, browse cosy-at-home and walks-and-safety ranges, and see free UK delivery and a 14-day right to cancel up front.
Why it looks and works this way
Winter shopping is practical, so the page leads with the weather rather than a generic pet-store grid. Short ranges (cosy at home, walks and safety, care and play, winter warmers) match how people actually search when it is cold and dark, and the delivery and returns notes sit where a first-time buyer looks for reassurance.
