The brief
Ashfield is a family-run caravan park in Kirby Misperton, between Pickering and Malton, selling new and pre-owned holiday homes. Buying one is a big decision, so the site had to answer the questions people ask before they get in touch.
What I built
A warm site that shows the park and its facilities (laundry, coarse fishing lake, children's play area), the holiday homes for sale, the things to do nearby and how the costs work, with a simple enquiry form and reviews from owners. It is now live at its own domain.
Why it looks and works this way
People buying a holiday home are picturing weekends there, so the site sells the setting first and the practical details straight after. Being open about costs and facilities builds trust early, and a short enquiry form keeps the first step small.
