- Apprentices find nearby salon vacancies, open the detail, and track each application.
- Salons keep a business profile with their services, team size and search radius.
- School staff review and approve applications in an Admin Hub.
- Forms on the marketing site create the same records the app uses, and sign-up is pre-filled from them.
- Staff get an email as soon as something needs a look.
- Course deposits are taken with Stripe on the marketing site.
- Accounts include email verification, password reset and a waitlist.
Tech stack
The iOS and Android app is Expo and React Native, shipped with EAS. Staff use an Admin Hub built with TanStack Start on Vercel. Convex, Resend and Stripe sit behind the product, and the marketing site is Next.js in the same pnpm and Turborepo monorepo.
